Lessons learned from Whisky Live:
  • Whisky and Chracuterie go extremely well together - as the Greeks have known for years.
  • Tombuie Extra Mature smoked cheese really lifts a Balveny Single Wood 15year old into an even higher dimension
  • Baveny Double Wood and Spiced Beef bring out the best in each other.
  • Balveny Signature and our Traditional Pastrami seem to sit astride each other in such a way that it's difficult to believe that there could be so many flavours  on one's palate in one mouthful. 
  • If we're invited again I'm definitely up for it :-)!
Food and Drink
Our range of steaks is the largest in Britain and we also smoke and cure meats on-farm. We won the SCOTLAND Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2008 & exhibited for Scotch Beef at Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2009 & for Scotch Lamb at Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2011.
