Hardiesmill Beef cattle will live all their lives on the farm.  No buying in.  Pure-Bred Aberdeen Angus only. Born, Reared and Butchered on the farm.

SUSTAINABLE
We raise the cattle sustainably. The cattle eat species-rich grass, grass-sileage and hay only.

HIGH WELFARE
High Welfare and happy cattle are not just a strapline, they are at the core of what we do.

TERROIR
The land, the weather, the water, the flora and fauna in the grasslands,  all make a huge impact on the Hardiesmill Beef.
