Cheese Burger Recipe
70g stale breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
11/2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
125g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Combine mince, breadcrumbs, parsley and 11/2 tablespoons of paste in large bowl. Shape mixture into 4 burgers.
- Heat oil in pan, add patties, cook until browned both sides and cook as desired.
- Place patties on tray, top with mozzarella, grill until melted.
- Enjoy in a roll with some salad.
