Hardiesmill Traditional Pastrami is made to an old recipe using our own grass fed pedigree Aberdeen Angus beef, rich in flavour and firm in texture. We've produced a delightful pastrami with a four stage flavour of beef, spice, smoke and pepper. You can literally feel the flavour move from the front of the tongue to the back of the throat as the beef and spice come through first, then the smoke and the pepper.
Our traditional beef pastrami has been regularly served on the Orient Express. Enjoy it in many ways, simply by itself, as part of a summer's salad with ripe cherry tomatoes or with olive bread.
