We're incredibly proud that our award-winning carpaccio-cut smoked beef has been used to showcase Scotch beef at the Bocuse d'Or in France, No.10 Downing Street and at the "Taste of life" exhibition in Brussels.
The beef is sliced sub-1mm thick for a melt-in-the-mouth experience. Our master smoker skilfully cold-smokes the beef to keep the flavour lingering on the top of the tongue even though the taste of smoke is quite strong. Once you have tried it you will come back for more.
Carpaccio-Cut Smoked Scotch Beef is best enjoyed by itself or as part of charcuterie platter. It is also wonderful with Tombuie's Extra Mature Smoked Cheese. For a quick and simple dish try it with creamy scrambled eggs on toast and really taste the flavour of the smoked beef.
