Following the retirement of the Crystals, Tombuie Smokehouse lives on at it’s new location at Hardiesmill. We’re using the same recipes & the Crystals are still keeping us straight.

Hardiesmill's traditional Forfar Bridies and Tombuie Smokehouse have been shortlisted in three categories, for the Scottish Food & Drink Excellence Awards for 2008 . Our bridies are made from Hardiesmill's own 100% Aberdeen Angus beef and prepared here, on the farm.

The Farm / Cattle Sales
