Our range of steaks is the largest in Britain and we also smoke and cure meats on-farm. We won the SCOTLAND Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2008 & exhibited for Scotch Beef at Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2009 & for Scotch Lamb at Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2011.

Tombuie Smokehouse

Mouthwatering, Innovative, beautifully delicate, wonderfully moist.. descriptions of the highly distinctive Tombuie taste by some of the greatest establishments in the country. Following the retirement of the Crystals, Tombuie Smokehouse lives on at Hardiesmill.

The Farm/Cattle Sales
