On this page we like to take our customers a little way away from the usual. Here is the place to try new flavours, perhaps rediscover old ones lost  in an ever changing world of  fashion and convenience, or maybe meet a regional speciality outwith of its usual arena.  Here we offer you the opportunity to buy anything from Smoked Carpaccio and Beef Bacon to Boozy Beef pie. Our hampers and beef products are all listed to the left of this page. Everything listed is made fresh on the farm in small batches using our own beef. We look to hit as many taste points as we can (front-of-tongue, top-of-tongue, side-of-mouth and back of throat in particular) and then generate a beautifully pleasant after-taste that really lasts (something to keep the taste-buds happy long after you've finished your meal). Whether its smoking, curing and/or cooking, it has to compliment the flavour of the beef and never drown it.  Packaging is kept to a minimum in order to keep waste and cost down, however do let us know if your order is a gift and we'll ensure it's wrapped, a card is enclosed and that the bill is sent seperately. Everything goes out fresh by courier (usually vac-packed), enclosed in an insulated box and kept cool with Sorbafreeze ice strips.
